Is it okay if I request to rank up to Gadjiltron Elite? I believe I have met the requirements told to me a while back, and I think I got what it takes.

Im sorry but new testing rules prohibit your rank-up. PLease check them, all I can tell you is you need 16 more posts and must participate in a shadow duel.
